DFS Pitching Breakdown - 4/20

High-Priced Plays:

Noah Syndergaard (RHP) vs. PHI - Lock him up. I could probably just leave that as my analysis, but I guess I will convince you why you should pay up for him. Looking back to 2015, Noah has a 27.5% K% vs. LHB and in 2016, he had a 29.3% K% vs. LHB and RHB. He is a heavy home favorite at -187 and the k prone Phillies (23% K% since 2016) have an implied team total of 2.8 runs. Like I said, lock him up

Stephen Strasburg (RHP) @ATL - I usually only take Strasburg when he is at home (30% K% vs. 28% when at home and a lower ERA since 2015), but I think he is a fine pivot from Noah in tournaments. Atlanta’s implied run total is not quite as low as the Phillies, but 3.2 runs is still a great indication that Strasburg has a good outing.
